Shipping may take between 1-6 business days depending on the destination, time & day of order

How we do it

  • In case of receiving a damaged package please contact me and we will find the best solution.

  • Return & Refund- If purchased at art fairs there will be no option to return or get a refund.

Returns: If purchased through the website, returns are possible only if the product is in the same condition as you received it, you will receive a credit to the website at the amount of the former purchase.

Refunds: If purchased through the website, returns are possible only if the product is in the same condition as you received it, You will receive your purchase cost back. *Only after acceptance and approval of the product by me.

  • How to: Either return to my location (schedule before is required), see below. Or via a delivery company which you will be responsible for the expenses. Contact me in that matter

Essential information

The flowers are natural, so over time their color will fade as part of a natural organic process

(the average time is 5-7 years, however, their color will not fade completely).

I use compatible products to ensure the best environment for the flowers, to keep enduring their beauty over years and years to come. 

It is recommended to keep away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
